The town of Pallin is, on the surface, a vibrant place - full of vigor and life. In truth, its inhabitants harbor untold secrets - secrets that will ultimately bring detriment to the town.

Lurking in the depths of humans' hearts lie desires, emotions and fears - all of which are foundation for Seeds - mysterious creatures that feast on the darkness of human hearts.

Rin, a young Hunter, tasked to Hunt Seeds, discovers the nature of Pallin by a twist of events. Hidden agendas in motion, orchestrated by a force hiding in the shadows, the people of Pallin are running out of time.

The people of Liesne have forgotten how to smile.

A strange, mysterious illness takes hold of the town, and the people have accepted their fates. citing it a part of their lives.

A young man, however refuses to abide by the traditions and seeks the young Hunters for help. Dragged into the town's predicament, Rin, Kazuki and Edwin stumble upon a dark secret hidden behind the walls of the mansion on the hill.

Things take a turn for the worse when they realize an organization called King's League has a hand in the town's affairs.

As they delve further into the mystery of Liesne, they come across untold secrets of Rin's late brother.
